Joe Hill reads from NOS4R2
Gollancz is delighted to be able to bring you an exclusive video of Joe Hill reading from the prologue of NOS4R2 our book of the month.
We advise watching this video before dark. We advise being prepared to lose sleep over this extract. Well, I did! I’d like to believe I don’t scare too easily.
If you are feeling brave enough to watch the entire trailer then we’ve got another treat for you! We have 10 copies of NOS4R2 to give away to 10 lucky people. To enter to win a copy watch the video below and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: NOS4R2 and the answer to this question:
What is the name of Ellen’s son?
Competition closes on the 28th May 2013 at 11.59pm.

Read this book with the lights on: NOS4R2
Our May book of the month is NOS4R2. This book is terrifying. Don’t believe us. . . let Gillian Redfearn tell you a little more about it.
Some books are too scary to read even with the lights on. Some are too scary to read even when you’re surrounded by people in the middle of the day.
This book gave me nightmares.
This book still makes me shiver when I see a Rolls Royce.
This book will under your skin, into your mind, and once it’s there it will never leave.
Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
And whatever you do, don’t get in the car . . .
We did warn you. It’s a very good thing that the days are getting longer, because you’ll need all the daylight you can get to read this book. Next week we’ll be bringing you a very special extract read by Joe Hill himself.
See you then!Read More
